Top 5% Boer Does Born in 2007

The two remaining top 5% Boer does born in 2007 are now pregnant and will be kidding by the end of the month. They were both bred to AGF Ted our medium size meaty buck which have AGF 100 as one of his outstanding progeny. AGF 100 was our top selling buck during the Agri Link show in 2007.
The darker red face Boer doe AGF 1418 has AGF Karbo Mono as her sire and the light colored red face with painted red at her back Boer Doe AGF 1640 has AGF Paul as her sire. The offsprings will be the product of two generation of our Boer breed improvement program. This cover a period of of almost two years of hard work in selecting and breeding. A buyer gave us a very good offer for the top 5% breeder doe for 2007 and we agreed. Its good they decided to take from the top 5% breeder doe of 2008 instead.
We look forward to see how the progenies goes as they kid this April and will make them the foundation of our future Boer breed improvement program.
